There is no minimum order required for this site. Orders to West Malaysia above RM600 will be eligible for free delivery.
Once you submit your order successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your order to your registered email address. Please contact us if you did not receive the order confirmation email. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email within 2 working days.
If you have mistakenly placed your order, you may cancel your order by contacting us before your order is out of our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation of order is not allowed.
Unfortunately at this point, we cannot accept cancellation after you have received your item, due to hygiene reasons.
For defective devices, please contact us for a one to one exchange within 7 days from date of receipt of your items.
We can deliver to all addresses in Malaysia, excluding restricted areas.
West Malaysia
- For orders below RM600, a delivery fee of RM10 is levied.
- Delivery is free for orders above RM600.
- It will take 1-3 working days for order processing and delivery.
East Malaysia
- Delivery fee is based on the size of your package, and will be calculated upon checkout.
- It will take 2-5 working days for order processing and delivery.
For delivery addresses within West Malaysia, delivery takes 1-3 working days. For delivery addresses in East Malaysia, delivery takes 2-5 working days.
During sales and peak periods, please allow an additional 1-3 working days.
There must be someone around to receive and sign for the package upon delivery.
Our logistics provider will notify you of an incoming delivery. If you are unable to receive it, you could reach out to them directly through the message received.

The mentioned models are only for sale in the US and Canada. Due to regulatory situation in different countries, the app for use with Omron Bluetooth-connected models differs and may not be available for use locally. Omron Wellness app is only available in US and Canada for use with the US models that are not registered for sale in Malaysia. Omron connected models BP786N (10 series), BP761N (7 series), BP653 (10 series) or BP654 (7 series) can only be sync-ed with OMRON Wellness App (for US and Canada).
The mentioned model is only for sale in the US and Canada. Due to regulatory situation in different countries, the app for use with Omron Bluetooth-connected models differs and may not be available for use locally. BP7000 can only be sync-ed with OMRON connect App (downloaded from US and Canada App Store).

If you take a reading before pairing the monitor with your mobile device, all readings taken previously will be lost.
Both Smart Elite+ HEM-7600T and HEM-7280T can be used by multiple users. The same blood pressure monitor can be synced with multiple mobile devices.
For both models, after a reading is taken, be sure to sync the reading with the desired mobile device. Once that is done, the same reading cannot be transferred to another mobile device. Hence you can repeat the same process with a different user and different mobile device.
HEM-7280T has 2-user function. When toggled to the User 1, it will automatically transfer the readings taken under User 1 to the device whose Omron connect is set to User Profile 1. Hence is it important to ensure that the readings are taken with the right user profile. You can pair up to 4 mobile devices with HEM-7280T. When paired with 5 or more smartphones, any information previously stored in your device will be overwritten.

Omron’s product serial numbers are located in two places: On the original packaging and the rating label at the bottom side of the product.
SN: / Serial No. is usually printed in front of the serial number. The serial number will start with numbers and end with 1 or 2 letters e.g. 20190807214VG
